Full-Time Teller Position Available

The State Bank of Geneva, located at 22 S. 4th Street, Geneva, IL 60134, is seeking a full-time Teller to join our team. We are a community bank that values strong customer relationships and are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused team player.

Hourly Range: $16.00 to $17.00 Per Hour

Summary / Objective

The Teller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately performing a variety of teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of bank policies and procedures
• Develop customer relationships by providing outstanding service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently
• Perform teller transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling large amounts of cash
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure operational accuracy
• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to assist customers and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask, remain detail-oriented, well organized, and work effectively as part of a team
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

All training will be provided on site.
