Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations
• Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and storage procedures
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus; training will be provided if needed
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-food or quick service restaurant setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Prior restaurant experience or background in retail or grocery stores is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
