Operational Management

  • Supervise daily floor activities to guarantee efficient service and smooth guest flow.
  • Monitor table rotation, staff deployment, and service timing.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety policies.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar to manage order accuracy and service speed.
  • Handle complaints and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.

Staff Leadership & Training

  • Supervise and support service team members (waiters, hosts, bar staff, runners).
  • Conduct on-the-job coaching and service training to maintain high performance.
  • Assist in interview, onboarding, and assessment of new hires.
  • Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and professional conduct.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide improvement feedback.

Customer Experience

  • Maintain strong guest relations to secure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Promote company values, standards, and hospitality culture.
  • Host VIP guests and ensure seamless service.

Financial & Sales Performance

  • Monitor floor sales, upselling effectiveness, table turnover, and overall revenue.
  • Track daily expenses, petty cash, and consumption when required.
  • Support management in achieving monthly financial targets.

Reporting & Administration

  • Record daily floor reports (attendance, performance, incidents, complaints).
  • Communicate operational needs to HR, management, or chefs when necessary.
  • Ensure opening/closing procedures are performed correctly.

Qualifications (Overqualified / Senior Profile)

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams in high-volume environments.
  • Strong knowledge of service standards, customer relations, and conflict management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and high workplace ethics.
