Restaurant General Manager

Job Title: General Manager – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic General Manager to lead our fine dining restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, team leadership, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of fine dining service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead, develop, and inspire management and service teams to uphold fine dining and luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining personalized, high-quality service experiences.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance of the restaurant.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen leadership to maintain menu quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure swift, professional resolution.
• Monitor staff performance, training, scheduling, grooming, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, vendor relations, and stock control.
• Implement and maintain service standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2–3 years in a General Manager or Senior Management role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, guest relations, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• UAE restaurant management experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of local food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations.
