Job Title: General Manager – Smart Bricks Platform

Location: Dubai (on-site)

Smart Bricks is an AI-native real estate intelligence and investment platform built to fundamentally change how people discover, analyze, and invest in property.

We bring together market-wide inventory, proprietary data, and advanced AI models to give investors a clear, unbiased view of opportunities across residential and commercial real estate. Our platform replaces fragmented listings, broker-led narratives, and slow underwriting with real-time insights, automated analysis, and end-to-end execution.

As we scale the platform across the UAE and into new markets, we’re looking for a General Manager to own the business, the product experience, and the commercial outcomes of the Smart Bricks platform.


The Role

The General Manager will be fully accountable for the success of the Smart Bricks platform — from strategy and execution through to revenue, growth, and user experience.

This is a true P&L-owning role. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, growth, operations, and partnerships, translating vision into execution and ensuring the platform scales in a disciplined, commercially strong way.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO, Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales teams to turn Smart Bricks into the leading investor platform in the region.


What You’ll Own

Platform Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the platform strategy across user acquisition, engagement, and monetisation
  • Own growth targets, unit economics, and expansion plans across customer segments (retail, HNWI, institutional over time)
  • Prioritise markets, features, and use cases based on data and commercial impact

Commercial & Revenue Ownership

  • Own platform P&L, pricing models, and revenue streams (subscriptions, transaction fees, partnerships, etc.)
  • Develop and scale repeatable revenue motions tied to platform usage
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Brokerage to align incentives and maximise platform-driven revenue

Product & Customer Experience

  • Act as the business owner for the platform product roadmap
  • Translate investor needs into clear product priorities and success metrics
  • Ensure a best-in-class user experience from discovery through to transaction and post-investment

Operations & Execution

  • Build the operating cadence for the platform: KPIs, dashboards, reviews, and accountability
  • Identify bottlenecks across onboarding, underwriting, decision-making, and execution — and fix them
  • Ensure operational scalability as volumes, geographies, and asset classes grow

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and align product, growth, operations, and customer success around a single set of goals
  • Be the “glue” between technical teams and commercial outcomes
  • Hire and develop high-calibre leaders as the platform scales

External Partnerships

  • Own strategic partnerships tied directly to the platform (developers, data partners, financial institutions, service providers)
  • Represent Smart Bricks with senior external stakeholders when required


What We’re Looking For

  • 8–15+ years of experience in general management, product-led businesses, marketplaces, fintech, proptech, or investment platforms
  • Proven experience owning a P&L or running a full business unit
  • Strong product intuition paired with commercial rigor
  • Experience scaling a digital platform from early growth to meaningful scale
  • Highly analytical, comfortable working with data, funnels, and unit economics
  • Strong operator who can move from strategy to execution without friction
  • Experience in real estate, investing, fintech, or marketplaces is a strong plus (but not mandatory)
