Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online travel presence.
The role focuses on driving online bookings through online platform, managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing the website, and enhancing the customer journey for travel products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company’s travel website and online booking platforms
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC, SEO)
- Monitor website performance, analyze traffic, and provide insights to improve sales
- Coordinate with travel suppliers and partners to update content, offers, and promotions
- Ensure high-quality online customer experience and efficient booking process
- Assist in developing online promotions, packages, and campaigns to boost revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing, preferably in travel
- Familiarity with website CMS, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and social media ads
- Strong understanding of online booking systems and travel products
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
