We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in paid advertising and e-commerce platform management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns while managing and scaling our online store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar)
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
- Develop ad creatives, audience targeting strategies, and A/B testing plans
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ads and landing pages
- Track sales, traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with digital marketing and e-commerce trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in paid ads management
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and funnels
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Good communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling e-commerce brands
- Knowledge of email marketing and remarketing strategies
- Basic understanding of SEO and CRO
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets
