Restaurant General Manager

Amphora Group, a community favorite for over 45 years owns and operates Amphora's Diner Deluxe, Amphora Bakery and Amphora Catering. We are now seeking a General Manager to supervise the daily operations at Amphora's Diner Deluxe located in Herndon Virginia. Required Qualifications

~ Experience as a Supervisor in the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry

~ Ability to lead in a fast paced environment as part of a diverse team

~Ability to multitask by coordinating labor costs, assisting with the management of food/labor costs, while maintaining the required standards of our daily restaurant operations

Duties and Responsibilities

~Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant while focusing on a great guest experience

~ Work with the owners and leadership team to manage profit and loss centers

~ Manage FOH inventory

~Recruit, Interview, Onboard and train staff

~ Demonstrate knowledge of the company and all menu items

~ Follow sanitation and safety procedures

~ Complete all required administrative duties in an accurate and timely way in accordance with company policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
