Immediate Hiring – Restaurant General Manager (RGM) | Sahiwal

A leading pizza company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager (RGM) for its Sahiwal location. This role involves leading branch operations, enhancing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence.

Location: Sahiwal

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage overall restaurant operations for smooth daily functioning
– Estimate food consumption, place supplier orders, and ensure timely delivery of fresh food and beverages

Oversee inventory control, stock quality, and operational budgets
– Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll, and manage branch-related administrative controls
– Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, food safety, and health standards are consistently met
– Supervise food preparation methods and product quality standards
– Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff for high performance
– Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and staff training with HR and Training teams
– Liaise with procurement and maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and operational support
– Monitor branch performance, reporting, and compliance with company SOPs
– Coordinate with HODs regarding branch performance, issues, and feedback

Requirements:
– Proven experience in restaurant, QSR, or food service management
– Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, sanitation, and food safety standards
– Proficiency in operational reporting and branch administration
– Ability to manage staff performance and ensure customer service excellence
