Restaurant General Manager - Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

Lead with purpose in the heart of hospitality. Palmas Restaurant Group is looking for a passionate Restaurant General Manager to help oversee and elevate our operations at Walt Disney World.


As a General Manager, you’ll lead with purpose—supporting our F&B Director and guiding multiple restaurant teams to deliver outstanding guest service, food quality, and financial results. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-centric environments and wants to mentor future hospitality leaders, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across assigned restaurants.
  • Support and coach leadership teams.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and team engagement.
  • Drive food quality, safety, service standards, and cleanliness.
  • Manage budgets, food and labor costs, purchasing, and revenue goals.
  • Support vendor relations and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Hire, train, and develop strong restaurant teams and leaders.
  • Oversee team scheduling, recognition, and performance coaching.
  • Foster strong communication and alignment across all locations.
  • Uphold Disney’s 5-Keys and Palmas company values.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of food & beverage experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience; GM-level or above required.
  • Experience managing multiple units or theme park operations preferred.
  • Strong background in high-volume or upscale restaurant environments.
  • Proven success in team development and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent financial and operational management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Ability to obtain a State of Florida Food Safety Certificate and a Florida Responsible Vendors Certificate.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Comfortable working in kitchen, cooler, and outdoor environments.
  • Ability to carry, push, or pull equipment and food items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Compliance with company appearance guidelines.
  • Ability to arrive for all assigned shifts on time
