We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager in Training to join the team in Texas. As a Restaurant General Manager in Training, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day restaurant operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate shall have good career stability and a passion for food and customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Drive overall store operations management and support the development of management systems;
• Participate in resource coordination and integrated management according to company strategy to ensure orderly business progress;
• Monitor industry trends and align with company strategy adjustments to maintain and enhance market competitiveness;
• Promote the brand’s local market presence and foster customer relationships and positive reputation;
• Act as a bridge between strategy and operations to continuously improve management effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management; experience in managing large chain restaurant locations is preferred;
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (verbally and written) in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Have analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, problem solving and execution skills;
• Proficiency in cost control, team building, and customer service excellence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
