Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
- Manage inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance their skills in customer service and food handling.
- Implement effective shift management strategies to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Develop and manage budgets while monitoring financial performance to achieve business goals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food production, preparation, and handling techniques.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in training & development of staff.
- Proficient in inventory management and budgeting practices.
- Background in hospitality management with a keen understanding of customer service excellence.
- Experience in supervising kitchen operations and managing food safety protocols.
- Familiarity with barista or coffee service is a plus, along with banquet or catering experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
