Restaurant Host

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries regarding menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest reservations effectively
- Knowledge of guest services and guest relations best practices
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus

Pay: $16.66 - $22.00 per hour
