- Reservations management- OpenTable
- Performs reservations call-backs.
- Maintains host/hostess area/foyer clean/free of clutter.
- Enthusiastically engages guests upon arrival.
- Manages waiting guests.
- Designates table assignments.
- Escorts guest to assigned table.
- Notifies manager of unhappy guests.
- Inspects restrooms for cleanliness and maintains cleanliness standards.
- Bids farewell to departing guests.
- Performs assigned sidework duties.
- Assists mangers as directed.
Fluent in English- Ability to use OpenTable system.
- Able to write orders and guests’ names
- Stands/walks during 6-8 hour shift
- Able to hear guest order and requests amidst loud, background noise.
- May be required to assist service staff during peak periods.
- Able to manage unsatisfactory guest experience.
- Able to use POS system effectively
