Restaurant Hostess

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Hostess will warmly greet customers, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate guest preferences or special requests to the service team.
• Maintain an organized and clean reception/hostess stand.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with reservations.
• Ensure proper flow of seating to maximize guest satisfaction and table turnover.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and management to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,800.00 per month
