What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations and waitlists with accuracy and efficiency.
• Escort guests to tables while maintaining an organized and seamless seating flow.
• Communicate clearly with servers and management to optimize table turns and guest experience.
• Maintain a polished and inviting front-of-house appearance at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Provide a memorable farewell that encourages guests to return.

What We Are Looking For
