Position Summary

We’re looking for polished, personable Hosts/Hostesses who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are passionate about hospitality. As the first and last impression of the restaurant, you set the tone for each guest’s experience. At Cazzy’s, hospitality is warm, attentive, and seamless, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of host/hostess or guest-facing experience in an upscale casual, full-service environment a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• A naturally friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
• Ability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to carry trays up to 20 lbs
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
