We are a fast-growing pizza restaurant in Dubai, known for our delicious pizzas, exceptional customer service, and vibrant dining experience. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Person In Charge to lead our team and ensure smooth operations.

Job Description:
The Person In Charge will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
• Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on restaurant performance.
• Implement marketing promotions and initiatives to drive sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant, preferably pizza or fast-casual dining.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent; diploma/certificate in hospitality or culinary management is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
