Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold food safety standards. This role involves managing staff, overseeing daily activities, handling customer service, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and teamwork
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and oversee profit and loss statements
• Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to increase revenue
• Maintain accurate records related to inventory, payroll, sales, and expenses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• In-depth understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
• Proficient with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
