Restaurant Manager

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a motivated team in delivering a world-class dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in managing high-performing restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and safety
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in restaurant software and POS systems
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Knowledge of Qatar’s hospitality standards and labor laws preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
