As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. What you’ll do
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
- Utilize POS systems like Aloha and Micros for efficient cash handling and transaction processing.
- Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe dining environment.
- Lead shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet peak service demands while optimizing labor costs.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, creativity, and open communication among all team members.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure a delightful dining experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong background in food service management with hands-on kitchen experience.
- Familiarity with fine dining, casual dining, quick service, or fast food environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and staff training & development.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within a restaurant setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
