Restaurant Manager

As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You’ll lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence in service and culinary standards. What you’ll do

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste.
• Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
• Utilize POS systems like Aloha and Micros for efficient cash handling and transaction processing.
• Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe dining environment.
• Lead shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet peak service demands while optimizing labor costs.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, creativity, and open communication among all team members.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure a delightful dining experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong background in food service management with hands-on kitchen experience.
• Familiarity with fine dining, casual dining, quick service, or fast food environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and staff training & development.
• Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within a restaurant setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create memorable guest experiences.

Pay: $57,337.39 - $60,000.00 per year
