What do we look for?


  • BA/BSc degree from relevant departments (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree would be an asset)
  • 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience and deep knowledge of the operation standards & and expectations of customers
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent observation skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points
  • Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments



What will you work on?

  • Responsible for customer satisfaction whilst maintaining excellent standards of food and drink quality, together with excellent standards of service, cleanliness, and safety through the day-to-day running of the brand
  • Focusing on standards of operations, demonstrating uncompromising and strong people skills, truly believing in training and people development to ensure that all staff are fully trained and tested to give excellent standards of service
  • Meeting restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching his/her team for maximum performance
  • Following the success story of #saltbae, and having a genuine interest in the unprecedented growth of a local brand
