Restaurant & Hospitality Operations Manager
International Contract Opportunity – Hospitality Management
Country Location: Nauru (one-year relocation)
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of a large restaurant and catering facility within our international project in Nauru. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging overseas role with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a full-service restaurant and catering unit.
  • Oversee HR, scheduling, fleet management, transportation, and logistics for hospitality operations.
  • Handle procurement for kitchen and service teams.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef, Restaurant Manager, Bakery & Pastry Chefs, and service staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in English (minimum Level 5).
  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant operations management.
  • Strong background in logistics, procurement, fleet management, and personnel management.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a multicultural, high-paced environment.
