Restaurant Manager

Jollibee is looking for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and upholding the Jollibee values.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the store team in achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets

-Ensure operational excellence, food quality, and operational standards

-Drive team performance through coaching, training, and succession planning

-Manage P&L performance and cost efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

-Strong leadership and team management skills

-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

-Passionate about customer service and people development

-Minimum of 6 years of supervisory experience, with at least 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) locally (mandatory ).
