We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to creating exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests.


Job Purpose:


The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations
to ensure exceptional service quality, efficient performance, and guest satisfaction. This role
involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, optimizing costs, and
supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational
expertise, and a genuine passion for hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning during all shifts.
  • Supervise and support service, kitchen, and operations teams to maintain high standards of food quality and guest service.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and manage staffing schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold company values.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams to ensure timely food orders, accurate inventory, and minimal wastage.
  • Manage financial performance including sales targets, labor costs, and inventory control.
  • Review and verify invoices, payments, and daily sales reports in coordination with the finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
  • Maintain effective communication with management, vendors, and mall or property representatives.
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to identify training and improvement areas.
