Upscale Restaurant inside a Leading Shopping Mall

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our upscale restaurant located within a busy shopping mall.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations

Lead, train, and motivate staff

Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service

Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

Prepare operational reports and performance reviews

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management

Experience in high-end dining or mall restaurants preferred

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Fluent in English; additional language is a plus

Presentable, professional, and service-oriented
