We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to manage daily operations, monitor staff performance, and ensure production quality and consistency across all sections.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day kitchen activities
  • Check product quality, portioning, and packaging
  • Coordinate between pastry, hot kitchen, and Balah Al-Sham teams
  • Monitor attendance and discipline of kitchen staff
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed
  • Support the management team in achieving production goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in a kitchen or catering supervisory role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Kuwait food hygiene and safety standards
  • English required (Arabic is an advantage)
