Coffee Shop Shift Leader / Supervisor

Position Overview

The Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the coffee shop during assigned shifts. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining high service standards, ensuring product quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about hospitality and coffee culture.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the baristas and service team during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle any guest concerns promptly.
• Open or close the shop according to company procedures.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Manage shift schedules, breaks, and team assignments.
• Handle cash registers, payments, and end-of-day reports accurately.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or maintenance issues to the manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
