We are looking for a passionate Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations at the branch, ensure quality customer service, maintain coffee standard and lead the team:

Responsibilities:

• Supervisor daily operations and lead the team members
• Ensure Consistency in coffee preparation
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards all the time
• Address customers concerns professionally & efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same role
• Must be Bilingual ( Arabic communication mandatory )
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of coffee preparations and handling daily operation needs
