Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Ensure proper staff grooming, discipline, and performance standards
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels as per business requirements

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve sales targets and improve revenue through upselling and promotions
  • Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profit margins
  • Implement cost-control measures to minimize wastage and pilferage

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reduce losses

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and food safety regulations
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Coordinate with HR and accounts for attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,813.71 - ₹37,000.00 per month
