Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
- Ensure proper staff grooming, discipline, and performance standards
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
- Maintain adequate staffing levels as per business requirements
Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve sales targets and improve revenue through upselling and promotions
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profit margins
- Implement cost-control measures to minimize wastage and pilferage
Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reduce losses
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and food safety regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Coordinate with HR and accounts for attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation
