- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service standards, addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profit margins, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings based on trends and customer feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Marketing: Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
