We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a high-end fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, optimize restaurant performance, and uphold the highest standards of service in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and staff management
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high-quality standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Monitor inventory, costs, and budgets to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams to maintain food quality and service efficiency
- Implement operational policies and procedures in compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly
- Drive sales initiatives and marketing activities to increase revenue
- Prepare reports on performance, guest satisfaction, and operational metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant management within luxury or fine dining
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, high-end service environments
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices and luxury service standards
