Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead and stabilize operations for our newly opened restaurant. The ideal candidate will excel in building a strong team, establishing systems, and driving a consistent guest experience as we grow. This role requires someone highly organized, calm under pressure, and capable of setting up smooth operations from day one.

Key Responsibilities

1. Opening Phase & Operational Setup

* Establish and implement all FOH service procedures, standards, and workflows.

* Create checklists, SOPs, cleaning routines, and service guidelines from scratch.

* Ensure all equipment, POS systems, and service tools are fully functional and optimized.

* Work closely with the kitchen to ensure communication and service alignment.

2. Team Building & Training

* Recruit, onboard, and train new staff (servers, hosts, cashiers, runners).

* Conduct continuous training on service quality, menu knowledge, and guest engagement.

* Create a positive, motivated culture in a new environment.

3. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

* Welcome guests, manage table flow, and ensure all customers leave satisfied.

* Handle complaints professionally, with a strong focus on building repeat business.

* Collect feedback actively and implement continuous improvements.

4. Marketing & Reputation Building

* Support social media content, influencer visits, and promotions during the launch phase.

* Monitor online reviews (Google, Instagram, Zomato, Talabat) and respond proactively.

* Assist in local community outreach and neighborhood awareness.

5. Sales & Revenue Management

* Track sales, analyze peak hours, and help optimize menu performance.

* Implement upselling techniques and promotions to increase revenue.

* Manage daily cash handling, POS reports, and financial accuracy.

6. Inventory & Vendor Coordination

* Maintain stock levels of beverages, disposables, and service items.

* Work with suppliers to secure consistent quality and pricing.

* Monitor wastage, portion control, and operational costs.

7. Compliance & Standards

* Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality hygiene regulations.

* Maintain HACCP documentation and safety standards.

* Ensure the restaurant environment stays clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Qualifications & Experience

* 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory or manager role in a restaurant.

* Experience in new openings is a strong advantage (but not mandatory).

* Familiarity with Middle Eastern/Turkish/Iranian cuisine preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

* Ability to train new staff and establish new systems.

* High energy, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
