What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and supporting the GM with daily operations
• Coaching, motivating, and holding the team accountable
• Helping run schedules, labor, and floor execution
• Being present on the floor during peak business
• Solving problems in real time (because that’s hospitality)
• Making sure guests leave happy and the team feels supported

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
• Confident communicator who leads without ego
• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
