Restaurant Manager

Overview:
Legend Pot is seeking a strong and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee all daily operations of our high-volume Hot Pot, Korean BBQ, and Sushi restaurant. This is a full leadership role responsible for managing staff, maintaining service excellence, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly responsible, and capable of running the restaurant independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the entire team
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Create staff schedules and control labor costs
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Oversee daily sales reports and basic P&L performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
  • Maintain strong communication between kitchen and service teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience in Hot Pot, Korean BBQ, Sushi, or high-volume dining preferred
  • Solid understanding of labor control, food cost, and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient with POS systems and scheduling software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
