About Us:
We are a well-known and highly reputed Pakistani cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Dubai, UAE. Renowned for our authentic flavors and top-tier service, we cater to a diverse clientele and pride ourselves on excellence in hospitality. With a team of over 50+ staff, we are now seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead and enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of 50+ front- and back-of-house staff
• Create, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team specializing in Pakistani cuisine to maintain food quality and presentation
• Manage customer feedback professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize procurement processes
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Prepare staff schedules, manage labor costs, and conduct performance reviews
• Drive restaurant promotions and customer engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
• In-depth knowledge of South Asian cuisine operations and service expectations
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement SOPs for operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with poise
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is a plus
• Currently in UAE or willing to relocate (Visa support provided)
