Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth daily functions.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, including training and development to enhance performance and customer service skills.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food presentation to maintain high-quality standards aligned with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
  • Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures across all departments.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen management on food production, menu updates, and catering or banquet events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, food safety regulations, and food industry best practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Previous experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is a plus; culinary experience is highly valued.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
