Scope of Work:
Oversee the overall restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, team leadership, and achievement of financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily front-of-house and service operations.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the service team to maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance, control operational costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and local municipality regulations.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and product quality.
  • Manage inventory levels, supplier coordination, and cost control for restaurant operations.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions in coordination with management.

General Duties:

  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Foster a positive work culture and collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure smooth shift handovers and operational continuity.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Communication:

Maintain clear, professional communication with management, staff, and guests to ensure seamless restaurant operations and high customer satisfaction.

Personal Development:

Engage in continuous learning and leadership development to enhance operational and managerial capabilities.

Occasional Responsibilities:

Support special events, promotional activities, and internal or municipality audits when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of F&B service experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Primary (Preferred)

Experience:

  • F&B service experience in a supervisory or leadership role: 6 years (Preferred)
