Duties

  • Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering outstanding service
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular inspections and staff training in food handling and safety procedures
  • Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities to maximize efficiency during busy hours
  • Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to attract top talent in the food industry, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with supervising responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
  • Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management within the hospitality sector
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and supervising diverse teams
  • Background in food safety standards, culinary experience, and hospitality management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations
