Job Summary
We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have mandatory experience in Fine Dining or QSR operations within Kuwait and strong leadership, operational, and customer service management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise staff, scheduling, and shift management
- Maintain high customer service and hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait Municipality and food safety regulations
- Monitor sales, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Coordinate with kitchen, HR, and management teams
- Train and develop restaurant staff
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock management
Requirements
- Mandatory experience as Restaurant Manager in Fine Dining or QSR in Kuwait
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
- Experience in handling staff, shifts, and operational reporting
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operations independently
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ready to join immediately or within short notice
Salary & Benefits
