Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our new premium . The successful candidate will oversee both the front and back of house, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Manage, train, and motivate staff across front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service (HACCP compliance).
  • Monitor and control operating costs, inventory, and wastage.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with management.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving sales targets.
  • Ensure alignment with the brand DNA and deliver a world-class guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and training skills.
  • Financial acumen (P&L, cost control, inventory management).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Experience in pre-opening projects is an advantage.
