We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our new premium . The successful candidate will oversee both the front and back of house, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Manage, train, and motivate staff across front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service (HACCP compliance).
- Monitor and control operating costs, inventory, and wastage.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with management.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving sales targets.
- Ensure alignment with the brand DNA and deliver a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Proven leadership, team management, and training skills.
- Financial acumen (P&L, cost control, inventory management).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Experience in pre-opening projects is an advantage.
