Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at our Johar Town branch. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete branch workflow, ensuring smooth business operations, maintaining staff discipline, and achieving company targets efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of branch operations and staff supervision
• Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly targets are met
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues
• Prepare daily reports and share performance updates with management
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and standards

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience in branch or operations management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
