Job Description

El Toro Tex-Mex Restaurants Qatar is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent service standards.

This role is responsible for maintaining smooth restaurant operations, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall business performance in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including dine-in and delivery services
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling and performance
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Track sales performance and assist in achieving revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Train and onboard new staff members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Prepare daily reports and operational updates for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Tex-Mex, casual dining, or fast-casual restaurant concepts
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Experience managing delivery platforms and online orders
