Restaurant Manager

We are growing in Riyadh.

As we prepare to launch our upcoming Japanese and Persian restaurant concepts, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations and shape exceptional guest experiences from day one.

We are looking for a leader who can:

• Drive pre-opening setup, SOPs, and service standards
• Lead, train, and inspire FOH teams
• Ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH
• Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
• Manage operations in a fast-paced, premium dining environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in upscale dining
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of both service excellence and operational control
• Passion for Japanese and/or multi-cuisine concepts is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
