Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. We are currently looking for RM's for Livonia, Allen Park, Dearborn, And Taylor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service management. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Supervise and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Coordinate banquet services and special events as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize team performance.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
• Experience in supervising staff within a food environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and financial management practices.
• Excellent hospitality management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
