Restaurant Manager

Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff
• Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and operational costs
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a restaurant, hotel, or resort
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and team management abilities
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
