Looking for Restaurant Manager at Kanok (A Thai Cuisine Restaurant)
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house.
- Lead and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest service aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and control operational expenses.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Prepare daily reports and support in achieving sales and performance targets.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of proven experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant software (POS, inventory management, scheduling tools).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
