We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a vibrant lifestyle restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, maintaining operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team in a modern and dynamic dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and local laws.
- Monitor service quality and take immediate corrective actions when necessary.
Guest Experience
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the restaurant’s lifestyle concept.
- Build strong relationships with guests and proactively address feedback and concerns.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop restaurant team members.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven culture.
- Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal productivity and service levels.
Financial Performance
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management and operational controls.
- Monitor budgets, labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Support the development and execution of promotional and marketing initiatives.
Inventory & Procurement
- Oversee inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Coordinate purchasing requirements with suppliers and approved vendors.
- Minimize waste and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Brand & Lifestyle Experience
- Ensure the restaurant’s ambiance, music, service style, and overall guest journey align with the brand vision.
- Support special events, activations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and strengthen the restaurant’s market position.
