Restaurant Manager (Lifestyle Restaurant)

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a vibrant lifestyle restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, maintaining operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team in a modern and dynamic dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and local laws.
  • Monitor service quality and take immediate corrective actions when necessary.

Guest Experience

  • Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the restaurant’s lifestyle concept.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and proactively address feedback and concerns.
  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop restaurant team members.
  • Lead by example and foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven culture.
  • Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal productivity and service levels.

Financial Performance

  • Drive sales and profitability through effective management and operational controls.
  • Monitor budgets, labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Support the development and execution of promotional and marketing initiatives.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Oversee inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Coordinate purchasing requirements with suppliers and approved vendors.
  • Minimize waste and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Brand & Lifestyle Experience

  • Ensure the restaurant’s ambiance, music, service style, and overall guest journey align with the brand vision.
  • Support special events, activations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and strengthen the restaurant’s market position.
