We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury hotel and resort restaurant in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, maintaining high service standards, and driving the restaurant’s profitability and reputation within the luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to deliver excellent service and quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for senior management.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in customer service excellence and problem resolution.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
