THE ROLE:

Are you a passionate hospitality leader with a flair for vibrant dining experiences? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead Malibu, our lively, sun-soaked California-inspired outlet at The Ned Doha.

ABOUT MALIBU:

Malibu brings relaxed West Coast energy to Doha — fresh flavors, creative beverages, and a buzzing social atmosphere. As Restaurant Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver outstanding, personalized service
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance development
• Drive revenue growth through effective upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Maintain strong guest relations, handling feedback professionally and proactively

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, upscale or luxury-fine dining restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Previous Middle East experience is an advantage
